I’ve always known there’s more to life than meets the eye. Exploring this innate sense has taken me on all kinds of amazing adventures over the years and provided the foundation for me to find the way in (finally!) to living consciously and creatively in alignment with my soul.
Now the essence is taking a new form, and I’m truly delighted to share this Conscious Writing for Creative Living blog. As I step up to a whole new phase in my business and my life, it feels both exciting and challenging at the same time.
Why?
Because this marks the start of a whole new era so there’s a great deal of uncertainty around.
Life on the Creative Edge
Fortunately, I’ve come to know and love life on the creative edge so navigating conflicting thoughts and feelings has become second nature. In fact, recognizing them for what they are enables me to see through to the clarity of Truth beyond which has always been my guiding light.
After a life changing accident in 1999, I’ve been intuitively following a strong inner impulse which has led me to create the body of work that is Conscious Writing and share the message I feel I’m here to share at this time.
Discovering your authentic voice and unlocking your creativity transforms your life as you wake up to realize your true nature, express your deepest calling in the world, and live consciously and creatively in alignment with your soul.
The emphasis here is on being real at every level and with all aspects of yourself in alignment as a definition of true authenticity. This seems to me to be an extremely worthwhile core value in a world that has lost sight of what’s truly important in life.
Yet the tide is turning as authenticity is fast becoming a genuine requirement for both personal and business success.
Authentic Communication
Just yesterday I found out that Facebook’s latest upgrades are based on ‘authentic communication’.
This means that for the 1.79 billion monthly active users, authenticity needs to shift right to the top of the priority list. Hopefully, the positive difference that true authenticity makes to every aspect of life will encourage people to make it their default setting.
Authenticity is certainly one of the most important keys to writing, speaking and connecting in ways that will reach people’s hearts and minds and have a lasting impact.
Yet it’s not always easy to access the deepest levels of authenticity. And very few people know how or where to begin.
Conscious Writing for Creative Living
My own journey to discover and express my true voice led me to create Conscious Writing as a soul-inspired fresh approach to authentic expression that is grounded in a specific process which provides the starting point as well as the ‘how’.
And I’m really looking forward to sharing the inside story with you as this blog unfolds!
I’ll be writing about Conscious Writing which is like writing from the inside out to discover and express your true voice whether your words are for a blog, book(s), business or social media communications.
I’ll also be writing about creativity and Creative Living, and sharing insights and inspiration on internal alignment, spiritual awakening and accessing your intuitive inner wisdom to navigate the major transitions in your life. These are all topics I know well from over 30 years of personal and professional experience.
I understand how hard it is to find the time and energy to develop your ideas and decide which ones to take forwards when you’re feeling overwhelmed; to find your way through the confusion when you’re not sure what to do next and feeling stuck; to gather up enough courage and self-belief to keep going when you’ve lost sight of who you truly are yet can’t ignore the pull to share your ideas and stories any longer.

Personally, I’ve finally begun writing the big finish of My children’s book. It’s taken some tIme, but there was never any rush and I’m so happy with what it has turned into, thanks to your inspiration and words of wisdoM… Thank you.
