The retreat was transformational, energetically amazing and fabulously challenging.

I initially thought my main intention was to create some pieces that I would take back to the everyday world and implement in a practical way.

However, what I actually took away was so much more – real connection.

I found the art of writing was created effortlessly from the inspirational, brave, raw and heartfelt sharing that the group committed to in ‘our’ place of safety and non-judgement.

We all empowered ourselves to express freely and now I feel I have a map to help get me to that place of creativity and flow whenever I want to visit.

The writing is, was and always has been there, it was only waiting for an invitation to show up!
