Each of us already has a Personal Brand; it’s what others say about us when we are not in the room. Our Personal Brand consists of an Inner Brand: our values, beliefs, and what we stand for, and an Outer Brand: the way we communicate, our level of E.Q. (Emotional Intelligence) and the over-all impression we make. When these two aspects are congruent and authentically represent us, we become more confident, more compelling and more of who we are.
