Joseph Sestito received his Master of Science in Social Administration at Case Western Reserve University. He is an expert in cognitive behavioral therapy and Ericksonian approaches to hypnosis and psychotherapy, and has written and presented extensively in these areas. Most recently, he has focused on coaching aspiring authors who want to move to a higher level in their careers. In this latter domain, Joseph is an internationally-known expert in helping people overcome writer’s block and other creative dilemmas. He has studied Buddhism for 30 years, and is an advanced meditator and teacher in this area.
